It can be difficult to make the commitment to training specially without a personal coach to guide you. I’ve coached long enough that I developed strategies to keep the rest of your life sane while you focus on your big goal.
I don’t think you need a ton of fancy gear to compete, you need to train Smart. Some times It takes a little of time to get in to a routine. But it turns easier to get out of bed when you have a goal to achieve and it is really great to have your children and family to support you with the guidance of your coach.
I will construct your training plans very carefully taking care of your natural running, cycling and swmming technique and looking forward to break your mental and physical barriers.
Your training plans will have.
- Daily workout, each one is divided in 3 parts:
- – Motion Preparation (pre-warm up)
- – Base session
- – Stretching routine
In order to prevent injuries and improve performance each training plan is designed with our three main pillars:
– Endurance (Monitored by time and heart rate zone)
– Strength, Balance and Coordination
