The trail crosses across the spectacular views of the most beautiful beaches in the Peninsula of Samaná.  We start  at Coson, continue by Playa Bonita, we lose a bit in Playa escondida and finally we found the end of the road in Playa las ballenas.

The terrain is mostly  flat sand or lighly , there is a bit of jungle, rivers, and some road.

Very low steep climbs and descents can be quite technical depending on weather conditions. The trail can be quite muddy and slippery at times, specially with rainy weather.

The “TRAILRUN BY THE SEA” is designed for trail runners looking for a light run with amazing views in Dominican Republic.

RUN  across of the most beautiful beaches in Dominican Republic.

This training tour begin in one of the most famous places in Coson Beach (Luis Restaurant), then we run aside where the film the international survival tv show is taking place, and then we run on the beach until Playa bonita, then we do some trail running across the mountain that conects Playa bonita to Playa las ballenas. Once we get to las ballenas Anett (our chef) will be waiting for us with a great full organic breakfast.

This run is for a medium experienced runner that  have completed a 10-21km within the last 6 months or run at unless 1 our a day.
